This charge covers the additional mileage for both the outbound and return legs of your delivery — so everything arrives on time and gets collected without a hitch. It's a straightforward, transparent add-on that means no nasty surprises on your invoice.

At £80, it keeps longer-distance events well within reach, whether you're planning a garden party in the countryside or a corporate do at a rural venue. Please book at least 14 days in advance so we can route our team efficiently. Ideal for customers outside our core area who still want the full DEEP Group service on their doorstep.

We charge 80p per mile for delivery (calculated based on the round-trip distance from our depot to your location). If the delivery location is within the London Congestion Zone, an additional fee of £18 will be automatically applied to your hire agreement total. If no private or free parking is available at the site (e.g., requiring on-street parking or other arrangements), an extra £15 will be added to the hire agreement total.
