About this hire

Covers everything from arrival and setup through to a full, tidy pack-down once your event wraps up — so you can focus on the occasion rather than logistics. Our crew handles all the heavy lifting, cabling, and positioning, leaving your venue exactly as they found it.

At £80, this fee applies per booking and is required whenever DEEP Group is delivering and rigging equipment on-site. If you're planning a staffed setup — marquees, lighting rigs, sound systems, or large prop installations — add this to your basket and we'll take care of the rest. Book at least 5 days ahead to secure your slot.

Delivery
We charge 80p per mile for delivery (calculated based on the round-trip distance from our depot to your location). If the delivery location is within the London Congestion Zone, an additional fee of £18 will be automatically applied to your hire agreement total. If no private or free parking is available at the site (e.g., requiring on-street parking or other arrangements), an extra £15 will be added to the hire agreement total.
